Shipping policy

Australia 

$11 flat rate shipping for all orders.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post in biodegradable packaging. 

We recommend providing a business address if you are unlikely to be home. Unfortunately we are unable to replace or refund lost or stolen parcels. In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within 7 business days of placing your order please do not hesitate to get in contact with us at hello@wayvee.com.au. 

Rest of world 

Unfortunately we do not ship to rest of world at this stage. Watch this space. 

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details including your tracking number.

Dispatch times

Please note we are a small business. All orders are usually dispatched within 5 business days of receiving your order.

Please be mindful that during peak periods, it can take up to 15 business days to fulfil and dispatch your order.
